The Story
Vinícola ÔS strives to make wines of high quality but to be enjoyed pretensionless and with simplicity, enjoy wine as it is. They are a small local winery focused on high quality materials, careful small batch production for wines to be enjoyed on any occasion, but mostly with great company.
Vinícola ÔS was founded in 2017. It all started way back in among a group of friends that wanted to share their passion for Mexico, for el Valle Guadalupe and for good quality Mexican wine.
“Verraco” means Boar in Spanish, but also used in many places of Latin America to denote a person as brave, lawless, ragged, raw. We wanted this wine to represent exactly that, Verraco is a wine made out of the best of nature with no false pretentions.
